I've had it for several months now and haven't seen anything that would indicate that the materials or manufacture are cheap.What I like about it is that it aligns your face such that your nose and mouth don't touch the pillow making it much easier to breath. I also find it easier than imagined to keep the ears aligned with the special holes, although the pillow is soft enough that it doesn't make a big difference if they're not.I can't say definitively that this helps me sleep any better, but I choose this pillow over the other 3-4 expensive pillows that I have in my "rotation" because I find it more comfortable. I also can't comment on how it helps snoring, which I do quite loudly, because I live alone and have no one to give any feedback.One thing I don't like is that because of the shape you have to use the special pillow covers and replacements are $27 or so. I drool a lot (I know, I'm quite the catch, aren't I?) and need to launder the pillow cover every other day.Pillows are so subjective that it's hard to do a review for others, but overall I definitely recommend that people with sleep issues try this to see if it suits them. ### ⭐ I have to tell you that the first one we ordered was just perfect in size *by M***L on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on October 17, 2017* Ugh, I have to tell you that the first one we ordered was just perfect in size, material and everything, my husband loved it and we ordered another one, which is this one. First of all the quality of the material used in this pillow is way below in quality than the first one we bought. The extra layer of foam that comes separate in order to make it higher is twice as thick as the first one, which means that the pillow itself is thinner and somewhat the pillow foam gets sticky. Look, I have to wash the pillow cover every week because my husband's head sweats a lot, so that means that I have to remove it every week and that is how I have noticed by touching the pillow of such stickiness and the worst thing now is that the pillow is disintegrating. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good product, excellent customer service *by J***9 on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on November 28, 2017* I sleep on my side and my ears pop and wake me up.
