A: I have never used wheat protein spray, but I mix it with water, vinegar, and essentual oils. I mix equal parts polysorbate 20 and EO. Mix the two together well before adding it to the rest of the solution.

A: Two entirely different chemicals. The number after polysorbate refers to the number of polyetheylene glycol molecules in it. They all have 20 polyethylene glycol molecules. The 80,60,40, and 20 each have different fatty acid chains attatched to the 20 polysorbate parts. If your looking to find the right one. You would want to look up the HLB value (hydrophilic lipophilic balance) of the compound you are trying to disperse into the water. Also you would want to know if you need a anion, cation, a non-ionic, amphoteric, or an organic one like this is which also has many types. This is all so you know whatever you want to dissolve does not react with the surfactants.
