From the Manufacturer After a long time of waiting, Zvezda finally presents the first 1/35 scale kit of the latest Russian Main Battle Tank. The kit is armed with a 125mm smooth-bore gun and has a crew of 3. The protection is provided by a mixture of steel, composite armour, explosive reaction armour, laser warning systems and an AT missile jamming system

Good clear parts for periscopes. Great mesh for engine deck. This kit is NOT ment for beginners or newer modelers. Took me about 3-4 weeks to build.

**Q: How is the difficultly compare to the tamiya or academy 1/35 tank models? such as m1a2 and k2**
A: The Zvezda kits are about the same level as a Tamiya kit. Having said that. The Tamiya M-41, JS-3 or King Tiger kits are a little more simple. Which is OK with me. The Zvezda kits are great. The Dragon kits have become so complex and with SO many parts it has taken the fun out of building tank models. This view is shared by other modelers beside myself. By K2 I assume you mean the KV-2. I just got that kit and I am looking forward to building that one. But never a Dragon kit. The T-90 will be fun too. The T-90 is a very detailed  REAL tank! So the model will reflect that. Remember there are You Tube videos to assist you in building the T-90. I will buy more Zvezda kits.

**Q: What colors are needed to paint it?**
A: there are a few schemes to paint a T-90. Parade color os green. They have the 3-tone desert scheme, which consist of different shades of brown. Another 3-tone includes green, brown and cream color. For more info visit a website for T-90 and you would see all poctures of different schemes. HTH

**Q: What color is the starting plastic?**
A: Sorry for the late response. The model kit comes in a LIGHT GRAY color. Hope this helps!!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ T90 Model Review

Typical of this Russian company this model is complicated, doesn't need an aftermarket kit, god knows there are enough small details and clear parts, but has a uncomplicated track. Be careful assembling the ERA, it doesn't fit without checking the turret clearance with the upper hull first before glueing. Clear instructions for the most part, but had to drill out some holes to get parts to fit. Vendor had to be reminded to ship the model, but it arrived in two days and lots of pictures on the internet to reference. Not a hard build, but a must for the Russian tank builder!
