I was fed up, in pain stressed and going round in circles trying to find a solution to a long term, insidious back and should pain condition that became chronic over a number of years. Long story short I had tried everything with very little relief, or at least I thought I had until I tried this little strange looking spiky mat. When it arrived I took it out of its bag and felt the spikey dics on the mat. They were quite sharp but not sharp enough to penetrate your skin. I put the mat down, took off my top and laid back. I probably shouldn't have done that so fast because the first time you lay back on this thing it will put you in a bit of pain but nice pain. The trick is, not to move around and after about 35 seconds that pain turns into a very warm glow type of feeling. It litrially forces your muscles to relax and feels very much like its melting pain. The thing is, if you move about on the mat then you kind of reset the initial pain shock so the first time you use it just lay back and wait. Dont move, dont try to get comfy on it - just let it do its job.. After about 30 seconds you will be amazed at just how comfortable you can get on this thing.
