And can you pin-point where you want extra work done? Does it have a shiatsu mode?** A: The intensity has three levels of adjustment. To pin-point an area you can run it in manual mode (which puts it in one position) or in this mode they call BodyMap Pro which works one area. I don't really know what shiatsu is so I can't answer that one. I can tell you that I've used mine everyday for probably 2 years and can't imagine being without it. **Q: How much assembly is required?** A: The assembly on the Human Touch brand chairs is fairly easy. Most of the work is getting the 110 lb chair in the home and where you want it. BACKSTORE **Q: How is it on the upper back and lower neck? If someone is 6' tall, how high do the upper back rollers come?** A: I'm 6'1" and it comes up high enough to massage your neck. There are range adjustments you can make on the hand controller to dial it in pretty precisely. **Q: How does it massage the feet? It indicates "whole body".** A: Thank you for your question! WholeBody is the name of the collection that this massage chair belongs to, since the collection offers a variety of massage chairs that are meant to make your mind and body feel more "whole" as a result of their relaxing massage.
