The flavors are potent and "odd" at first since I'm an American who rarely tastes anything similar. Its very sweet and most of it was a cross between bubble gum and grape flavor. The texture was strange (like real sushi) and surprisingly overall a tasty little activity. I enjoyed the little popping caviar "eggs" 😅

Very fun! If you're unfamiliar with Japanese candy kits but you want to try it out, this is a good one to get. I've made these 50 times I kinda don't need the instruction I have it by memory when I first discovered these on YouTube I'm like, I have to try these so I ordered them the 1st time was a little wonky it was my 1st time making it after watching video, but the more I practiced the more better I got at it. It's super sweet and the appearance is very identical to the box the consistency is very sturdy the it can be a perfect gift value for birthday gift or a Christmas gift super early super fun highly recommend. It's all so fun to make and super early just be slow and don't rush add to much water it can be stick add less water can be less dry, but add the good amount of water is perfect. Be slow take your time read direction if needed and have fun with it. Highly recommend.
