Finally, what I've been looking for. The strap on the bottom hugs your arch, allowing you to rotate your feet without interfering. I wear a size 7-7.5 shoe in Women's and the medium fits snug. Just right. I also like the extra thick strap around the ankle, stabilizes and protects from direct impact.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Low cost alternative to buying mat shoes

I bought these to use with my Krav Maga training. I love that they provide padding to my feet when I am doing kicks, especially for the foot that I previously injured when I kicked the bag wrong. They fit good around the ankles. But the toes are the only thing I will complain about. After doing maybe 6 kicks, your toes will just slip out and the whole guard will migrate down, as far as it can while still being attached by the velcro around the ankle. So it's quite annoying to have to keep readjusting. These are a good, low cost alternative to buying mat shoes. I will use these for a little longer and then will just invest in a good pair of mat shoes.
