When I first bought the phone, the website description said that it was new when that wasn't the case. It had numerous scratches and kept freezing constantly. The keyboard wouldn't type right and the screen would either not respond or just freeze out of the blue. An on top of that, the battery would die within a couple hours of use. I normally don't write such negative reviews unless I'm extremely dissatisfied, which is the case right now. And although some of you are thinking that you can return the phone back, it's not that simple.So I advise you once again, do NOT under any circumstances, buy this phone.
