The four stays in the high waist stops it from rolling down and gives some back support. It gives great support after a complete hysterectomy, and would be great for c/section. Great price for two, one black, one nude. I definitely recommend them.

I was sceptical when I purchased these but I had a dress that really needed a little help. I ordered a size up after reading reviews. My goodness they went on like a dream and really made the dress go in where it should to look good. Felt very comfortable- havnt worn them only to try the dress on but they weren’t difficult to get on and off
