Program it and walk away. Loses time when power is lost and picks back up again when power is restored. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works well, but not the best design *by O***G on November 8, 2025* Timer works OK but could use some improvement. The terminals don't hold wire well. Connections to solid #10 or #12 AWG wire fall out easily if they are moved in the process of getting the wiring into the box before putting on the plastic barrier. I'm assuming they are designed for stranded wire. The markings on the disk to set the time are very small and don't seem to be logically placed. A very small black arrow shows where to read the time of day and it is located at about the 2 o'clock position on the face. The indicator lights are a plus as it is easy to see if power is available and if the load is energized. It doesn't have a override switch to allow the load to be turned ON without moving the time setting wheel.
