    Real Texas Jerky - Nothing Better!

I grew up in Texas, and we used to road trip all over the state. The best jerky I've ever had was from ranchers' kids selling homemade jerky on the side of the road. As an adult I have tried every retail jerky brand in an attempt to find something that came close to that Texas roadside-stand beef, but nothing can compare. UNTIL NOW. Ramsay Hill jerky is not only up to my standards of taste, texture, and ingredients - it's also the first beef jerky my kids have wanted to eat! When I eat this jerky, I feel like I'm back on the road in Texas with my dad at the wheel and the pink sunset up ahead. And that's a good feeling. Try it, you won't regret it!

Very good! Tastes similar to those long, flat pieces of jerky I remember buying from the gas station years ago. Almost like the flat slim jim jerky strips they used to make, only better!

I wanted to like this. The best ingredients looked good. Size and texture very good. But WAY too salty. Salt was the overwhelming taste.
