Very happy with this purchase so far. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works a Treat (Marvelous company to deal with and I highly recommend) *by B***Y on 22 December 2018* Further to my earlier 5 Star rating....I've had the unit for just under two years and in that time I've had 2 issues that I raised with the seller. Their response has been absolutely fantastic and way beyond what one would expect given the passing of time. Each of my issues has been fully resolved with no hint of reluctance or blame shifting by them and just a genuine desire to sort the problems. I would absolutely endorse the 5 stars all over again and if there were more stars they would get them. Have only just got around to fixing up the shower after leaving it in the garage for months following a house move. Took me about a half hour to sort out the pipework, connect the gas and then run wonderful warm water. The only issue I had was worrying about over tightening the gas connection (mentioned in the instructions) but after enduring 2 leaks I took matters into my own hand and tightened it right down. (so that the inner pipe in the connecting bolt was unable to move). Absolutely brilliant bit of kit and hopefully my grubby Labradors will be less likely to bolt than when the hosepipe was brought out to wash them down.
