Work fine and as described. Nothing special, but nothing bad. Did what they were supposed to do.

I bring these with me when I travel for work and have to sleep in hotels. They help me fall asleep quickly and stay asleep until my alarm goes off. No groggy after feeling unless I took it too late, which is user error only. Lol. I have purchased several times.

The problem with these strips is that they are nearly impossible to separate so you end up with 2 or 3 strips under your tongue instead of one. That's too much to take and that doubles or triples the price. I cannot figure out how to separate them without a great deal of hassle, which is especially difficult in the middle of the night.

This product really works. Wakeup at 2:30 am every night. Use one strip than back to sleep for 3 to 4 hrs. Great product.

This product is awesome and the taste is really good. It helps me to sleep.

Great concept; thinking of traveling trips. However, the strips stick together leaving you to use more than intended. Perhaps they had extended shelf life?
