Our little one is 3 months old now, but for about 1-1.5 months, he went through a very rough phase with gas & reflux that lead to colic. We tried everything under the sun to soothe his discomfort. Finally our doc suggested using salts during his baths once or twice a week to soothe his tummy and to help him relax (and possibly sleep!). These salts worked so well right away.
