Product Description How It Is Coated A physical or chemical bond is used to coat the FTO-coated glass substrate on one side and insulate it on the other; this coating is resistant to higher temperatures. Used In Different Applications Glass is used majorly for applications like photovoltaic, transparent electrodes, touch screen, display technology, smart glass, Optoelectronics and much more. Perfect Symmetry With Surface Resistance It is a single-sided coated piece of glass with perfect symmetry and a tetragonal structure. It features surface resistances under 7 ohms, 10 ohms, and 15 ohms. High Temperature Durability Recent research has shown that FTO conductive glass is the optimum transparent electrode material for perovskite solar cells due to its high-temperature durability, which is 450° C. How to Use FTO Coated Glass You will require FTO glass, etch-resistant tape, zinc powder, hydrochloric acid, cotton bud, and a multimeter. Make a 2M HCl solution. On the substrate, apply an etch-resistant tape. Apply a layer of Zinc Powder to the substrate. Wait for the reaction to finish before covering the remaining Zinc Powder. Wipe away the etched region of the substrate with a cotton bud and rinse with DI water.
