**Q: How to take it and how often**
A: I can only drink it with milk, I use oat milk and it’s perfect. When I first started it I would out a drop of Hershey’s dark chocolate syrup.  My mom can drink with Gatorade but I couldn’t. We use a juice glass which is small so that way I don’t have so much to drink. So glad this is over the counter mow when my grandmother was alive she had to get by prescription. I am not well and have to take everyday because my meds slowed my bowels to a halt. Before meds I was regular. So if you are on meds you may need this also everyday. If you find you are going too much cut back to every other day. That does not work for me but we are all different. I would suggest you only buy Miralax and not off brands.  I have no affiliation with this company nor do I get free or get paid. All I can say is thank God for Miralax.

**Q: What Is The Sodium Content?**
A: Hello. Miralax does not contain added sodium. That being said, there could be trace levels of sodium in the product. Per the nutritive information we received on the active ingredient, there would be <20 mg in a 100 g serving. The dosage for Miralax is 17g.

**Q: Does it sometimes stop working after taking it for a while?**
A: In y experience it does.  So I switched to taking it every other day bout 1.5 years ago and it is working just fine.

I don’t know what I would do without my Miralax. I have tried other forms, but Miralax is the best for me. This is more for regular use to stay consistently going. But if I were in great pain and had to take pain meds, the nurse said I would have to take a Colace along side the pain med to keep things moving. I drink Miralax in a glass of water almost every day, not always drinking it straight down…sometimes just sipping it through the day. There is no taste, which is a big relief to me. It always works when meds are not involved, and the cap serves as a handy measuring device. Have to keep things moving, and Miralax is mild enough not to give me cramps. Note: Good hydration is key with Miralax.
