I was in extreme back pain and discomfort and needed something that would arrive asap! So I decided to order this and give it a reluctant try..... to my amazement it made a difference the SECOND I put it on!!! Literally saved my back and abdomen. It's so effective that the minute I take it off I feel that pressure and pin again. Iv been using it every day every minute since I got it (around two weeks ago) and I highly recommend it! It's the summer here now in Miami on vacation and it's been very manageable seating it under my shirt. I even wear it to the beach and the pool under my pool dres and discreetly take it off just before getting in the water !!Go buy one now if your having back pain or abdomen pain from pregnancy!!! I have no connection to the seller nor the manufacturer I'm just so happy that I found relief!!!! Mine didn't come with instructions but it's easy enough to figure out. The product description says it's cotton but the label clearly says polyester. And made in China.I'm 5 months along and the "one size" is still almost too big for me. (Pre-pregnancy I was 5'5" and 120 lbs and typically a size 4.)I'm not sure whether it will really do everything it claims to do but it does provide adjustable support for my back. I have mostly been wearing it when I'm going to be on my feet for a while.
