Im sure you heard this befire but it truely works. So heres what I do: 1. I take one pill every 2-3 days to help keep thibgs in balance. On days I have a few sweets than I should I make sure to drink lemon water and take my pill ob that day. Again...balance is keys. Try to maibtain an acidic environment in your gut and lady regions will help keep things from getting out of wack!! Taking a shot of ACV will work fine too but I cant stand the taste so I stick to lemon water.2.
