## Description

Rubber Cal's "Ramp-Cleat" are 36" wide rubber ramp mats that offer great traction with their corrugations and protrusions running widthwise. This rubber floor mat is available in an assortment of lengths to meet the needs of a variety of applications. The non-slip mats are designed with a surface pattern to help consumers maintain traction regardless of any debris or wetness that may be present. Having textured rubber flooring keeps foot traffic safe while maximizing comfort. Since the corrugations run widthwise on this anti-slip matting, it is well suited for applications that have an incline, such as ramps, boat docks, and temporary walkways. **Q: Could I use this in a reglazed bathtub?  For dog bath?  No suction cups allowed!!**
A: Mine is too big for a bath tub, but, yes, a smaller size would work nicely as a mat under a dog in a bath tub.

**Q: If secured to an outdoor ramp, does it get slippery from frost?**
A: I tested this on my ramp for my old dog. When the rubber gets cold and wet it gets slippery.

**Q: can this be used for mudflaps?**
A: Yes this can be used for mudflaps, but just keep in mind that they are relatively thin at 1/8" thickness and do not have any cloth reinforcement.

**Q: Can you use ice melt salt on these in the winter?**
A: No

Some folks complain about a smell which as I've learned over a lifetime usually dissipates as the rubber airs out over time. The process of making Rubber causes the smell which personally I would have thought people would understand before ordering this product! Rubber takes a super long time to deteriorate so it will survive in many situations where as synthetic or fake rubber mats will quickly harden and break apart. I'll deal with any smell the rubber has because I know it will dissipate and I wanted a Matting that holds up to the elements and weather.. If a small really bothers someone use DAWN dish soap to wash both sides before use. This may or may not fix the trivial issue of smalls, IMPO.
