Blocks out sound very well in an office environment. Very comfortable, I forget to take them off when I leave sometimes. Battery life is excellent. Build quality is very good. Worth the price of refurb model, not sure I would pay full retail though. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect in (almost) every way *by R***F on Reviewed in the United States on May 31, 2017* First, the sound quality is "standard" Klispch- fantastic. I can't bore you with the details there because it's my ears that feel that way- yours might listen differently. However, if you are familiar with other sonic products from klispch, these headphones represent the brand fantastically!The rubberized ear piece is a customizable fit- roll it between your fingers to compress the rubber, place it in your ear, and it will enlarge to fill the cavity. This creates a nice sound tunnel to capture the beautiful range of the sounds ( though they are not noise canceling)The neck band is not necessarily my favorite approach. While it fit well on my (fat) neck, the leather material is slightly irritating, especially when you're in a warm environment. It does, however, give battery space for the claimed 18 hour batter charge. What's not to like about that!The look of the unit is nice- I have had people look strangely at my apple airpods- they think I'm wearing broken headphones (hey dude, did you know the wire fell out of your pods?..) With the klispch, the black leather/ copper wire is intriguing, and I've had complements.My pet peave - why in the hell is the cover for the mini USB charger port so difficult to take off? Makes me want to rip the damn cover off! Well, I'll either get used to it or rip it off at the next charging....I purchased this as a return product, so got a substantial discount. I would have paid full price for the sound quality! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Finally a Great Sounding BT Headset *by R***H on Reviewed in the United States on September 18, 2017* Used these for about a month now. Sound is great, even for Blue-tooth.
