They're very tender and moist - unlike other gluten free cakes/muffins I've had which have been dry and dense. The only downside is the price. Almost $37 for 8 packs of 2 cupcakes each is really steep. And now, since they're not available for Prime shipping, the cost is an additional $12. As much as I like the product, the cost is just prohibitive. Very depressing as it's difficult to find foods that are BOTH gluten-free and sugar-free!
