Review: Taste great, blends perfectly - I do wish the bag was bigger for the price, however this is the best matcha. I love that its sugar free, yet has a yummy sweet taste. The flavor, matcha benefits, and collagen are a perfect blend for me. I mix it in with almond milk and add a large ice cube. Delicious!
Review: Pleasant taste & no corn-derivatives - I was trying to find other brands that I could find locally, not just on-line. I’m trying to break away from coffee but still get some caffein and add more benefit to what I’m putting in my body. I am allergic to corn, so prepackaged foods without corn derivatives is essential. I got the Collagen sweetened one, first sip or 2 has a stronger grassy taste but goes away. (After just waking up, senses are waking up too) This is the first Matcha powder I have used. I don’t understand the mixing with cold water first then add hot, but it mixes fine. I use a spoon, not a whisk. I look forward to trying it with recipes.
