A: This printer use ESC/POS commands, if the software support this commands, it can be work.

**Q: is it toast compatible?**
A: If toast can use Windows drivers, and it has a place to adjust the margins inside toast, it can compatible.

**Q: Compatible with square pos?**
A: DO NOT square.

**Q: The Order Reminder Sound and Light comes on immediately! Is it possible to set a delay where this only comes on after a certain amount of time?**
A: It can not set delay, can set voiceless by printer tool. We are working on adding options.
