Though possibly not as bad as some people experienced in the past, based on reviews that I read. I figured out how to reshape them though. Stuff the hat with paper, pretty firmly, till it looks the shape you want. Wet down the hat with a water spray bottle. Then dry it with hair drier, or like I did - set it near the heat vent for about 30 minutes. After it dries and cools, remove the paper. It doesn't look as nice as the pictures from the company, but it is wearable and looks ok.
