Kashk Persian Style Whey - Pasteurized 100% Natural Use as a substitute for sour cream, add to Aash (Persian Noodle Soup). Mix with chopped roasted eggplant, fried chopped onions, garlic, salt and pepper for a tasty appetizer. Ingredients: Grade A Pasteurized Cultured Whole Milk, Water, Sea Salt, Whey. Contains: Milk. Gluten free. Kosher Kehila. To get best result, you need to soak about 15 counts of kashk balls in cold water and leave it in the refrigerator overnight. Next day use a blender to get very smooth and excellent texture. There is no additive. Pure kashk from the happy goats of the northern mountains. Kurt is a sour-milk product. It is a dried concentrate obtained from natural milk with a natural concentrate - salt. The kashk, kurt contains a lot of vitamin A, which improves vision, promotes human growth, cell renewal, and skin rejuvenation. I grew up eating Kashk as a snack in southern Iran and this Kashk is hands down the best I’ve had. It’s not too hard, or salty and doesn’t have the pungent dairy smell. My kids are getting into it too.
