One of the adjustable/ratcheting finger screws came with a far less tolerance than the other, which suggests an impact incident.2. There are several scratches. One is long and deep. There are also clear signs of the rings being overly tightened on the scope previously installed to, as indicated by the ring marks (also shown).Minor problem:1. Another clear indication that this was used--the screws for the scope attachment points were installed; this is an issue because they come with loctite from the factory, and, for that reason, they come separate to maintain the higher activation of the loctite for actual installation on the scope.
