There are no linings. Linings often are the first thing to let me down so I prefer them without. Good solid pair of glove. I use mine for axe work and general purpose outdoors around the yard. **Q: Pack of 1 mean one pair? (I know this sounds a stupid question)** A: Correct 1 pair. Lovely gloves as well, wear mine for mostly bushcraft/camping applications. And unless you have hands like ham hocks, I recommend the medium size, they are nice and supple and will stretch to a perfect fit eventually. **Q: What are the sizings like? Cant find a guide?** A: I purchased large and find them comfy but slightly tight I know they will slacken off with wear so unless you have hands like shovels large it is.If you look at other brands you will find sizing graphs which may be of some help my hands are of average size. I bought these for my son to use at work. I chose these because they were cheap and if they wore out quickly I could replace them without resenting the cost.
