I've been wearing it now for months. I swim 2-3 times per week in a chlorine pool for an hour. After a swim, I soak it in cold water for about an hour and rinse it out and hang it to dry. So far its held up great so I bought another one just like it. I'm 5'8" and 138 lbs. It still fits tight. If I buy another one, I would size up.
