They really give you a good massage. The downfall is most of the ones I have in the past would wear out after a couple of years, either the massaging node would break off or the gear wheel would break or the mesh would tear and it would be such a pain to try and get a replacement I would just give up and buy a new one. This one is different in that it lasted me for five years after I bought it from Zyllion which proves it was much better quality, for one thing they provide a spandex girdle the fits tightly over the cloth mesh for the massaging nodes to reduce friction and prevent tearing. Second the gear wheels are much more durable. That being said the massaging node did break off here recently, but thanks to the accessible zipper cover which I could open (most other companies make it very difficult to take the cover off without breaking the zipper) I was able to remove the cover and was able to replace the massaging node with a simple screw driver and part which Zyllion was willing to provide for me free even though five years had elapsed since I purchased it.
