You'll likely need to buy or make your own taller secondary fence to hold down stock. Not the fault of these featherboards, it's just that most stock fences don't have t-track style slots high enough to allow these to be installed and hold down anything more that like 1/8" stock. You'll need a taller fence to hold down anything larger. The eva foam is awesome. Lots of grip, stiffer than you'd think for eva foam, and the body does have a lot of room for adjustment.
