A couple coats of leather conditioner rehydrated it and could probably use another coat or two. Shoulder strap pad is a bit thin and weak and there was a small tear in the handle’s leather wrap. The two buckle closure straps have different thicknesses and textures, but not a huge deal as they are not load bearing. A bit front heavy when empty and on the larger size for air travel, but fits under the seat and in overhead compartments with ease.
