This pen is colored like a banana. Now just an all-yellow thing, but with different colors and shading subtleties. This pen does not feel like a banana... and in this case, that's a good thing. It's thinner than you would expect for a real banana, which means I can hold it comfortably when I use it as a pen. And, being solid resin, it has a nice heft to it. One drawback, and it's only a drawback if you don't know about it before you buy it, is that it is not refillable. That's only an issue if you plan on using this for everyday writing. And, about that... If you're looking for a pen for everyday writing, the Planet Pens Banana Writing Pen is clearly not a good choice. However, if you're ever asked for a pen that looks like a banana, then I can't imagine you doing better than this.

It’s a banana pen so I’m not sure what all I’m supposed to say here, but I can say that anytime I bust this out to take notes. It’s always a hot item and gets people smiling. It’s also less likely to get stolen because it’s a banana.
