**Q: What is the power draw when nothing is plugged into the USB ports?**
A: It is about 0.1 watt.

**Q: There is a plastic stub on the back can this be removed**
A: Yes, but, that stub helps to anchor the outlet in the wall outlet. It fits into the lower socket's ground. If you remove it, the set screw in the middle is not enough to keep the outlet from twisting when you plug and unplug cables. I'd STRONGLY recommend to NOT remove it.

**Q: If the combined (shared) usb output rating of 21w/5v=4.2a,how could be 12w/5v=2.4a? shoud be 21w/3 ports= 7w/5v = 1.4a.**
A: It does not, I believe there is an error in the formula!

**Q: Can’t plug into outlet. Any suggestions?**
A: We didn’t have any issues. I don’t why you wouldn’t be able to plug it into an outlet. It just plugs in like a normal plug would.
