It is extremely sturdy and reliable, definitely worth the price. Does not leak when the top is closed. The rubber mouth piece is easily cleaned with a small wire brush, and also easily replaceable after lots of use. My son is able to open and close the top all by himself, and loves the handle to carry it around himself. It fits great in diaper bag and back pack pockets, and car seat cupholders. It keeps ice cold wonderfully as well. It's mainly been handle washed and the pictures haven't faded, but there are few places it has chipped.
