## Features

- Larger Coverage & Deep Muscle Relaxation – Measuring 13*15 inches (6 inches longer than standard pillows), this neck and back massager perfectly contours your neck, shoulders, and back. Its 4 shiatsu nodes knead away muscle tightness – ideal after an intense workout or a long day at the gym. Plus, you can easily place your legs or arms between the pillow for a relaxing massage on calves or forearms, making it a versatile neck massager with heat that goes beyond just the upper body.
- 3 Intensity Levels + Remote Control – Low, medium, and high settings make this neck and shoulder massager suitable for all ages and body types – from seniors who prefer gentle pressure to athletes needing a firmer deep‑muscle experience. The included remote lets you switch intensities without interrupting your relaxation, and the ultra‑quiet operation won’t disturb your TV time, reading, or afternoon nap. For an extra boost, fold it around your arm or thigh to relax tired muscles after repetitive motions like typing or lifting.
- Portable & Car‑Friendly Design – Weighing only 3 lbs, this lightweight neck massager comes with both a home adapter and a car adapter, plus adjustable straps to secure it while driving. Ideal for commuters, truck drivers, or office workers – use it during your lunch break or on the way home to release shoulder tightness. The stain‑resistant faux leather and plush, breathable filling stay soft and easy to clean, so you can also take it to the park or gym for post‑workout leg and arm relaxation.
- Thoughtful Gift & Affordable Spa Alternative – Whether for Mom, Dad, grandparents, or a hard‑working partner, this neck and back massager makes a thoughtful birthday, Mother’s Day, or Christmas gift. Compared to costly spa visits, it delivers a relaxing massage experience right in your living room or car. And because it can be used on arms, thighs, and calves too, it’s a versatile choice for full‑body comfort without leaving home.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: What does the mode function do? Manual says that it will change the light from red to blue to purple but it doesn’t say what the function is.**
A: Hi..those are the intensities...it feels so good and you can turn on the heat or leave it off...it also rotate the little balls forward and in reverse and in diffrent modes....very well worth it...enjoy

**Q: Is this 110 or Dual voltage?**
A: To the best of my knowledge it’s 110

**Q: The plug for my car has lost its metal end to plug in to my vehicle. How can I replace this?**
A: your local auto parts store should have those plugs in stock. If you cant find a replacement online you can find one that the end cap fits on yours. just don't lose the spring that keeps pressure on button from the inside.

**Q: Is the heat of the back massager too hot or too cold?**
A: Quite comfortable but everyone may feel different. There are 2 heating levels to choose from and you may choose the one that suits you best.
