It came in original box, has all the heatsink and crimp terminals. Has the PSU, working. Has the spindle motor, working. Comes with a 10mm collet installed in the mount. Comes with the motor mount and 4 bolts (won't be using as my CNC already has a suitable mount). Comes with the small reel of cable (won't be using).
