The curtain is made of a very thick material and although the listing says the color is yellow it actually looks like a cream color (see pic). It’s the perfect curtain color for almost all homes. Plus, I’m an insomniac so sometimes I like to sleep in and wake up really late. This curtain will definitely block out the sunlight. I should also mention that the curtains are quite heavy so when you hang them make sure your rod is strong enough for the curtain. I used a very flimsy rod at first and it almost came off from the wall. It almost killed the wall. Luckily, I noticed and was quick to make the necessary adjustments.
