Nice way to extend the life of expensive shoes, tho KEEN could stand to include better quality insoles to start with. Recommended. I don't work in them for a living, instead they are for the occasional weekend warrior projects and winter (why my boots last 10 years). The existing insoles were hard and thin on the heel and causing foot pain. These inserts really made my feet feel better and made it feel like I was wearing a new pair of boots so quite happy with the purchase.
