Love this basting cover for my blackstone. Works perfectly for melting cheese on smash burgers. I purchased a new Blackstone a few months ago and naturally needed some accessories to go with it. I had seen basting covers like this used at various Mongolian grills (one of my favorites) and wanted to try it out. I ordered this one and it has been great for cooking potatoes and veggies to improve cooking time and to help with steaming, and since it is stainless steel I don't have to worry about rust at all. The handle does not get hot so there are no worries about burning fingers. This has been a great addition to my grilling at a very reasonable price.
