I've tried a few of these over the years (not the high end ridiculously priced ones but the cheaper ones that still promise to deliver but just don't.) This does. It doesn't roll down at all, it does hold you in, and obviously it's not the most comfortable but it's not bad. I have huge sensory issues and managed it for a full day. I did have red marks where it had dug in when I took it off but they weren't painful and it was worth it so I didn't look like a blob for a family funeral. This only cost me £10 and I'll probably use it a handful of times, but it is actually excellent quality and does what it says. I am a bit of a funny shape, I'm 5"8 and I'm a size 12 to 14 on top, 16 to 18 on the bottom, and 20 to 22 around my stomach due to pregnancies so I measured myself, read hundreds of reviews, and chose this item.
