We also love pizza, so we gave the kit a try. It was easy to make the dough - just mix the dry ingredients with warm liquid (water and milk). Then all I had to do was press the dough out on the piece of Pizza Paper that comes with the kit and add my toppings. I put the barbecue sauce (The description on the box, "sweet and tangy with a bit of heat", was accurate.) on the dough first, then I added some left over chicken and lots of mozzarella cheese and a little parmesan cheese. I put it in the oven and about 8 minutes later it was done. (My oven tends to burn things if I follow recommended cooking times, so I knew it would probably take fewer than the 10 minutes in the directions.) -- The pizza was delicious. Add whatever else you want and any kind of cheese.
