The Cure For That Bad Case Of "Black Dandruff"! *by M***. on May 3, 2026* Stumbled upon a 25 year-old pair of Sony 7506s I had forgotten about, and read all the positive reviews on these pads, so decided to give 'em a shot - and glad I did! Unlike so many third-party pads that are a struggle to secure, these really do fit perfectly, and I couldn't believe how easily they slipped on! Probably took less than 2 minutes a pad. Though it does take a smidgen of finesse - they practically put themselves on. However, the other side of the coin is they seem like they could also slip off fairly easy if accidentally tugged the wrong way. So would advise using a small-edged tool (like a small flathead screwdriver, or guitar pick), to help seat the elastic bands more securely in the pad grooves. (See photo).
