I love that they look like hipster switchblades, and the variety of bright colored handles match our kitchen plates perfectly. They are sharp, have a fine tip (which I prefer), and they've cut through many mammoth steaks in our house now and are still holding up like brand new! These are definitely not cheap flimsy knives, so money well spent in my opinion. I also love the little metal finger rest on the top of the knives that really come in handy when cutting into something thick (and delicious!).

I am so happy that I ordered these Flying Colors steak knives! Since I was only going by what I was seeing online it was a gamble, but I got lucky because these are high quality knives that should definitely last us a while.
