This is a really beautiful guitar as I have come to expect from Gretch. Capable of multiple playing styles. So far so good. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great guitar with a few issues *by A***N on March 15, 2025* Somewhat of a mixed review but overall I really like this guitar. Had a few small issues with it. First was shipping - it arrived four days later than it was supposed to which isn’t the end of the world but a little annoying when you are pumped about getting a new guitar and the expectation isn’t met. The second issue is a defect in the clear coat under the strings - it’s not overly noticeable but it’s definitely there and I know it’s there so it does bother me a little. The third issue, it came with the adjustment screws for the bridge pickup completely backed out so I had to remove the strings and pick guard in order to get the pickup out to get them back into place. I was planning to restring it anyways so this wasn’t the end of the world but still worth noting. With all that out of the way… the guitar came almost perfectly setup. Action was perfect, no truss adjustment needed. Intonation was just about perfect only needed slight adjustment on the g and b string. I put a set of NYXT 10-46 strings on it, stretched them out and it’s held tune very well. The guitar is a blast to play and the pickups sound really nice. Very clear and defined tone. I play a wide range of genres and it sounds awesome from Metal to blues to country. For the money this is a really tough guitar to beat in my humble opinion. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely fantastic guitar! *by J***L on November 13, 2024* I bought two of these, one to donate to my church for someone to use and one for my personal use at home. The fit and finish out of the box is great and the setup is pretty much spot on. I did have my guitar tech do a setup on each and I had some Grover 406c tuners installed in place of the ones they came with, which frankly are the only negative thing about the guitar. Everything else is outstanding. The pickups can get mean and dirty or clean up and chime like a bell. I did replace the strap locks that come on it for a set of normal strap buttons, but that’s just a personal preference.
