## Overview

NOW Sports Nutrition L-Ornithine Powder is a premium, unflavored amino acid supplement designed to support protein metabolism and urea detoxification. By aiding the body's ammonia clearance and converting into key amino acids and creatine, it promotes muscle energy and recovery. Packaged in the USA by a trusted family-owned brand since 1968, this vegan, kosher-certified powder is Informed-Sport certified, making it a reliable choice for health-conscious fitness professionals.

## Description

Ornithine is a non-essential amino acid that plays a central role in the urea cycle, functioning along with Arginine and Citrulline to rid the body of ammonia, a byproduct of protein metabolism. Because Ornithine is converted into Arginine, it can help to maintain healthy Arginine levels in the body. Ornithine can also be converted into other amino acids, such as citrulline, proline, and glutamate, as well as creatine, an important muscular energy source.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ パウダーで便利

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent quality!
*by J***N on 8 September 2026*

Way better than the last product I got from a different manufacturer!! This is great quality and if it was in a sandwich bag could get you in jail for the night it's that good looking 😄 will continue to buy this for the rest of my hopefully long life!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ a miracle for HGH when 25mg taken at bedtime with 500mg ALCAR
*by J***M on 31 August 2022*

Check google scholar you will see the study on this. It really makes me feel so strong the next day. Careful, too much ornithine boosts HGH too much so reduce dose if you are not getting 8hrs sleep. The ALCAR requires choline to work so get some citicoline.
