Overall review: it seemed to help my milk production. It was decreasing quite rapidly and about a week into taking this my supply returned to normal. The pills are easy to swallow and didn’t affect my stomach. It does have an herbal smell to it but it’s mild and doesn’t have a strong taste. Take note of the dosage as well as the instructions on the bottle. Recommend: It worked for me, but as with anything, talk with your doctor first to see if it’s a good option for you.
