Review: Terrible design; sad little machine - First, this machine never worked. It didn't even cool *at all*. I let it go for a looooooong time. It huffed and puffed, but in the end I just ended up with unsettlingly temperate heavy cream mixture. However, I never would've purchased this had I known there was no removable compartment for the ice cream. It's such an oversight and truly terrible design. The machine itself can't get wet; there are vents for air at the base. But the place where the ice cream gets gross and sticky. So I guess the plan is to awkwardly clean it with wipes or hope you don't use too much water and splash the machine and break it. That is, if by chance you happen to receive a model that works and isn't broken already.
Review: Fantastic - Love it! Made ice cream and sorbet with my kids. So fun! It worked well and there is no need for ice and salt. Saves so much mess!
