Review: Faster Recovery = Higher Quality Workout - I paddle outriggers, both OC1 and OC6. I am usually on the water at least 4 times a week with sessions running from 5 miles to 10 on a regular basis. Most of it is interval training and more intense on the shorter mileage days. The faster and more "recovered" I am the more I can apply myself to the next practice and get the most out of it. I have found that once I started taking T.A.G. after a workout I felt less fatigued for the next practice. It is a little on the sweet side so I use 20 oz of water to one scoop verses the 6-10 oz recommended and it works out perfectly for me. If I know I am going to put in some serious mileage I will start my morning off with an egg and half a scoop of T.A.G before hitting the water. Overall I have found myself to recover quicker and better using T.A.G.
