The mat and pillow are brilliant. I'm used to using these types of mats and the benefits they can provide. For me I enjoy and fully relax after laying on the pad and pillow for around 1 hour. 20 minutes is good and I do gain benefits from that but 1hr is just me time. No interruptions and calming relaxing music. The sensation is intense at first and you may only be able to do 1 minute but each time you use it you will go longer and longer. The quality of the item is easily comparable to other mats.
