Let me start off by stating that this is a replacement for my older wireless system of the same brand. The new cameras are located in the exact same spot as the old cameras. The old cameras all came in on the monitor with no video loss and the old DVR was a single antenna (same size as on the cameras). The thing I was never pleased with was the picture clarity it just seemed like it was slightly out of focus, and that's the main reason why I upgraded to the newer system.As I previously stated the new cameras are in the exact same location as the old cameras. One of the new cameras loses video frequently and it's something I can live with, but the 4th camera doesn't come in at all. I contacted tech support and they were patient and did their best to try and rectify the problem. The two cameras that are the problem they had me unmount them and bring them inside where they could be hooked up with a cat. 5 cable to my router and location wise they were only a couple of feet away from the NVR (Network Video Recorder). They got the two cameras working, and told me they should work okay after remounting. After remounting the cameras and adjusting the antennas to the same configuration as they were previously in, I came inside to check, and one camera worked ok although it did intermittently lose video signal, and the other camera still did not display a picture. The cameras that do work, the picture quality and color are great. I am just so disappointed especially since I disposed of my old system which also was of the Swann brand and all of the cameras worked. As I said the tech dept tried to help, but they frequently put you on Hold, and I'm presuming they are either reading up on how to solve the problem or they are discussing it with a colleague to get the answer. Anyway, if you are considering purchasing this system, beware of the pitfalls. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ These camera work great for inside my house *by B***R on November 13, 2017* These camera work great for inside my house. The Software is easy to install and use and always works when I'm on the go. ### ⭐⭐ Poor outdated customer service with mediocre product. *by E***D on September 1, 2017* Needed a home security system. Unwrapped and follow directions which are ok (it did take me researching online to get the system working as there was some confusing directions). 1 of 4 camera didn't work. I called customer service to get just that 1 camera replace. This was awful.I work with 1st service agent for 1 hour trouble shooting (even tough I had already trouble shouted prior to calling). I was getting very frustrated at this point.I was told to call back in 1 hour to talk to level 2 customer service where I would be given a replacement. I called back and he wanted to do more trouble shooting. At this point I hung up and returned the item.SummaryOk equipment (although not as simple as OOSSSXX security system which I bought after this episode).
